职业教育适应性导向的产教融合实践探索——以深圳信息职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在职业教育服务区域产业经济的背景下,技术服务和人才培养如何协调发展才能提升职业教育适应性是个值得研究的问题。以深圳信息职业技术学院为例,通过技术服务提升产业动能,促进人才培养从技能型向技术技能型转变。针对产教融合实践过程中需求分析不清晰、研发能力不足、资源投入不准确和研发与教学内容脱节等问题,提出需求定向研发、技术定向提升、资源定向投放和教学定向转化等“四个定向”以解决产教融合中存在的问题,使高职院校通过解决企业技术难题促进校企之间形成紧密耦合体,通过教学资源转化提高人才适应产业发展的能力,增强职业教育服务区域产业的适应性。Under the background of vocational education serving regional industrial economy,how to coordinate the development of technical services and talents training to improve the adaptability of vocational education is a subject worthy of study.Taking Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology as an example,technical services are used to promote the transformation of talents training from skilled type to technical skilled type.Aiming at problems of unclear demand analysis,insufficient R & D capability,inaccurate resource input and disconnection between R & D and teaching content,the "four orientations" such as demand oriented R & D,technology oriented improvement,resource oriented investment and teaching oriented transformation are proposed to solve the problems existing in the integration of industry and education.It enables higher vocational colleges to form a close coupling between schools and enterprises by solving enterprise technical problems,improve the ability of talents to adapt to industrial development through the transformation of teaching resources,and enhance the adaptability of vocational education to serve regional industries.
