特征增益背景下人力资源专业师资培训研究——以广西民族师范学院为例

摘  要:信息时代人力资源管理专业课程内容不断丰富,需要融入环境变化带来的特征,因此师资培训也要进行相应的特征增益。结合学校所处的地理位置和时代发展的需要,广西民族师范学院人力资源管理专业师资培训可以从思想观念、知识内容和技能水平方面进行增益。校方要把握师资培训的政治方向,做好教师发展规划,做好培训的分类管理并对培训工作进行引导和鼓励;教师要主动进行自我培训,正确认识当前特征增益的背景,积极融入少数民族文化和生活环境,主动突破,形成自身特色。In the information age,the curriculum content of human resource management specialty is constantly enriched,which needs to integrate the characteristics brought by environmental changes.Therefore,teacher training should also increase corresponding feature augmentation.Combined with geographical location and the needs of the times,the teacher training of human resource management specialty of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities can be improved from the aspects of ideas,knowledge content and skill level.The university should grasp the political direction of teacher training,make a good teacher development planning,do a good job in the classification management and conduct guidance and encouragement;teachers should actively conduct self-training,properly understand the current background of feature augmentation,actively blend into ethnic minority culture and living environment,take the initiative to make breakthroughs and form their own features.
