摘  要:为了构建高职教师信息化教学能力评价体系,采用德尔菲法建立了由3个一级指标、8个二级指标和16个三级指标构成的指标体系,且经过χ^(2)检验显示该结果具有统计学意义。采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。此指标体系既兼顾了高校教师信息化教学能力的普遍性,又体现了高职教师的特殊性,为高职教师信息化教学能力的提升和评价提供了依据。In order to construct the evaluation system of higher vocational teachers′information teaching ability,an index system composed of 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 16 third-level indicators was established by Delphi method,and the results were statistically significant after chi-square test.Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index.This index system not only takes into account the universality of college teachers′informatization teaching ability,but also reflects the particularity of higher vocational teachers,which provides a basis for the improvement and evaluation of higher vocational teachers′informatization teaching ability.
