摘　　要：阐述元认知策略对英语听力学习的作用,以元认知策略作为核心来设计英语听力学习App,从而有效发挥信息技术的应用效益,以此辅助学生的英语听力学习。This paper expounds the role of metacognitive strategies in English listening learning, and takes metacognitive strategies as the core to design English Listening Learning App, so as to give full play to the application benefits of information technology and assist students in English listening learning.
