摘　　要：阐述职业技能大赛的基本要求,制定科学合理的人才培养策略,以物联网技术应用与维护技能大赛为例,探讨职业技能大赛与人才培养策略的实践。This paper expounds the basic requirements of vocational skill competition, formulates scientific and reasonable talent training strategy, and takes the Internet of things technology application and maintenance skill competition as an example to explore the practice of vocational skill competition and talent training strategy.
