摘  要:在中非合作共同体论坛制度下,中非文化教育合作一直热度不减。随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,更多的中国企业来到了非洲,选择在非洲寻找新发展,职业标准化教育为企业输送技术技能人才,为企业提供高质量标准化的人力资源服务,为现代教育“走向世界”提供了蓝本,为中非文化教育全方位合作贡献力量。本文对我国职业教育在非洲海外标准化办学的模式进行了分析。认为职业教育走出去是中非合作论坛的框架,是在“一带一路”环境下跟随企业走向世界的典范,其主要实践形式包括国家政策主导的对非专业技术教育,企业参与的对非专业技术培训以及职业院校自主的对非专业文化技术教育合作标准化模式。Under the forum system of the Community of China-Africa Cooperation, cultural and educational cooperation between China and Africa has never been less popular. With the vigorous development of the Belt and Road Initiative,more and more Chinese enterprises come to Africa, search for new development opportunities in Africa. The vocational standardization education provides enterprises with technical talents and high-quality standardized human resource services, and provides a blueprint for the modern education "to go towards the world", making contributions to all-round China-Africa cultural and education cooperation. This paper analyzes the standardized mode of school-running overseas in Africa, considers that vocational education going out is the framework of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation is a mode following enterprises towards the world under the environment of BRI, whose main practice form includes national policy dominated for non-professional technical education, the non-professional technical training in enterprises and the standardization mode of non-professional cultural and technological education cooperation carried out by vocational colleges independently.
