摘  要:随着互联网的发展,“直播带货”促进了供应链的改造升级。“直播带货”作为当前的一种新兴的零售形态,其从业人员的数量正在逐步增长。要想成为一名合格的“直播”从业人员,需要具备一定知识、技能,需要爱岗敬业,需要有一定的个人的魅力和感染力。“直播带货”型人才培养和“直播”岗位认知将成为高职改革发展的方向之一。本研究以惠州经济职业技术学院为研究对象,通过问卷调研的方式,调研高职大学生对直播带货“主播”职业的认知意愿和能力,力求为高职院校培养“直播带货”人才提供一定的意见和建议。With the development of the Internet,“live delivery”has promoted the transformation and upgrading of the supply chain.“Live streaming with goods”organically combines traditional marketing with the current Internet,and promotes product sales through short videos,live streaming and other means,thus driving economic development.As a new retail form,the number of employees of“live delivery”is gradually increasing.To be a qualified“live delivery”employee,one needs to have certain knowledge and skills.He or she needs to love the job and have certain personal charm and appeal,etc.It can be said that“live delivery”is not easy.“Live”talent training and“live”job cognition will become one of the directions of higher vocational reform and development.Taking Huizhou Economics and Polytechnic College as the research object,this study investigated the cognitive willingness and ability of vocational college students for the“anchor”type occupation of live streaming goods by means of questionnaire survey,and tried to provide certain opinions and suggestions for the reform and development of our school’s education,teaching and talent training.
