高职院校学生就业指导中的省情教育现状调查——以江西省为例

摘　　要：省情教育是国情教育地方化的体现,是地方强省的重要手段,它是高职院校学生教育工作的重要组成部分。将省情教育融入学生就业指导工作有助于促进学生家国情怀和地方情感的培养,有助于提高学生对国家和地方发展的认识,从而利于省情教育和就业指导工作目标的实现。当前,各高职院校就业指导工作中江西省情教育的融入并不紧密,省情教育现状存有一定问题。各高职院校要从思想上明确江西省情教育的重要价值,顶层设计上完善江西省情教育的指导方案,内容挖掘上构建江西省情教育的专题模块,形式创新上丰富江西省情教育的开展方式,效果检验上强化江西省情教育的实际成效,以形成江西省情教育与就业指导深度融合的路径体系。Provincial condition education,which is a localized national condition education,is an important means to enhance the provincial strength and an important part of student education in higher vocational colleges.Integrating provincial condition education into students’employment guidance can help to build the students’love for the country and hometown,and to improve their understanding of national and local development,so as to achieve the goals of provincial education and employment guidance.At present,The employment guidance work of higher vocational colleges can not closely integrate into the provincial condition education of Jiangxi Province.And there are some problems in the current situation of Jiangxi Provincial condition education.All higher vocational colleges should make clear the important value of Jiangxi provincial condition education,perfecting its the guiding scheme in the design,constructing its special module in the content,enriching the its activity form,strengthening its actual effect,so as to form a path system of deep integration of the provincial condition education and employment guidance in Jiangxi Province.
