摘  要:旅游法规课程是高校旅游管理专业的核心课程,其内容蕴含丰富的思政素材。在课程思政建设中,教师需要将德育理念贯穿到教学全过程,突破原有学科思维,通过发掘课程教学内容的思政映射点,精心设计教学环节及合理分配师生任务,恰当运用教学方法。同时,教师应当提高自身政治素养并深入剖析当前学生群体中存在的多元价值观与“致用”心态,合理调整教学环节各阶段中专业知识内容与思政教育内容的分配比例,融合思政德育与课程教育的目标要求,进而实现价值引导与专业教育相结合的课程思政建设目标。Tourism Law is the core course of tourism management major in colleges, and contains rich ideological and political materials. During the course ideological and political construction, teachers need to run the concept of moral education through the whole process of teaching, break through the original subject thinking, through exploring the ideological and political mapping point of the course teaching content, carefully design the teaching links and reasonably allocate the tasks of teachers and students, and properly use the teaching methods. Meanwhile,teachers should improve their own political literacy and deeply analyze the multiple values and application mentality existing in the student group, try to adjust the distribution ratio of professional knowledge content and ideological and political education content in each stage of the teaching link, and integrate the objective requirements of ideological and political moral education and curriculum education, and then achieve the goal of ideological and political construction of the curriculum that combines value guidance and professional education.
