摘　　要：建立国家职业培训师制度,是构建中国特色职业教育与培训体系的重要组成部分。本文明确了职业培训师制度内涵,分析由于这一制度的缺失而使我国职业教育改革面临的若干困境,阐明了建立职业培训师制度的理论和现实意义,借鉴相关国际经验,并结合我国国情,对如何构建国家职业培训师制度提出具体可行的实施建议。The establishment of a national vocational trainer system is an important part of building a vocational education and training system with Chinese characteristics.This paper defines the connotation of the vocational trainer system,analyzes some difficulties faced by China's vocational education reform due to the lack of this system,expounds the theoretical and practical significance of establishing the vocational trainer system,draws lessons from relevant international experience,combines with China's national conditions,and puts forward specific and feasible implementation suggestions on how to construct the national vocational trainer system.
