摘 要:教师教育课程专业化是教师教育专业化的实现基础和关键表征,也是提升教师职业专业水准和培养质量的前提条件。以三所部属师范大学人才培养方案为研究对象,采用文本分析法,从培养目标和课程体系两个维度进行分析发现,部属师范大学构建起基于博雅培养的通识教育课程、基于专业素养的学科专业课程、基于教育素养的教师教育课程相结合的课程体系,凸显出培养目标“卓越化”、课程体系“一体化”、课程设置“多样化”、实践模式“协同化”等鲜明特征。The professionalization of teacher education curriculum is the basis and key representation of the professionalization of teacher education,and also the precondition of improving the professional level and training quality of teacher occupation.Taking the talent training scheme of three subordinate normal university as the research object,using the method of text,analyzing from two dimensions of the training goal and course system,it is found that subordinates normal university has built up course system including general education courses based on liberal arts training,academic disciplines course on the basis of professional literacy,and teacher education curriculum based on the education quality,which highlights the distinctive characteristics of“excellence”in training objectives,“integration”in curriculum system,“diversification”in curriculum setting,and“coordination”in practice mode.
