摘  要:为了满足当今社会对复合型、创新型物流人才的需求,高校物流相关专业必须遵循目标导向教育理念(OBE),在新工科背景下,充分考虑多学科的交叉融合,重新设计教学各环节,包括培养方案、课程体系、教学手段、师资能力等方面的更新。文中以武汉科技大学“物流工程+”专业改造举措为线索,阐述了该专业建设改造在以上几个方面的具体措施。For satisfying the social demand for compound and innovative logistics talents at present,logistics major in colleges and universities must follow the concept of outcomes-based education( OBE). In the context of the new engineering disciplines,the interdisciplinary fusion of multiple disciplines is fully considered,and the teaching links are redesigned,including the update of training program,curriculum system,teaching methods,teachers quality and other aspects. Based on the reform measures of“logistics engineering + ”major in Wuhan University of Science and Technology,this paper expounds the specific measures of the major construction and reform in the above aspects.
