新发展理念下幼儿园自制教玩具存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：在新发展理念引导下,幼儿园自制教玩具不仅能丰富教学工具,还能提高教学效果,践行绿色可持续发展理念。文章从自制教玩具的价值、设计原则出发进行分析,指出幼儿园自制教玩具存在实用性较差、主题不突出、缺乏创新性等问题,最后提出充分利用废旧材料自制教玩具,加强教师培训,提高家长重视程度,提高自制教玩具的质量,增强创新性与实用性,提升使用率等促进幼儿园自制教玩具发展的措施。Under the guidance of the new development concept,self-made teaching toys in kindergartens can not only enrich teaching tools,hut also improve the tearhing effect,and prartire the concept of green sustainable development.This paper analyzes the value and design principles of self-made teaching toys,and points out that ihere are some problems in self-made teac hing toys in kindergailens,surh as poor practirahility,unclear theme and lack of innovation.Finally,some measures are put forward to promote the development of self-made teaching toys in kindergartens,such as making full use of waste materials to make self-made teaching toys,strengthening teachers'training,increasing parents'altention,improving the quality of self-made teaching toys,enhancing innovation and prafticahility,and improving utilization rate.
