摘 要:目的探究蒙特梭利日常生活教育对学龄前期脑瘫儿童精细运动功能的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年5月收治的学龄前脑瘫儿童40例,并将其分为对照组和蒙氏组,各20例,对照组予以常规康复训练,蒙氏组在常规康复训练基础上每日融入40 min的蒙特梭利日常生活教育,观察比较两组儿童的手功能评分。结果两组儿童精细运动功能评估量表(FMFM)评分及Peabody精细运动发育量表(PDMS-FM)评分均有明显提升(P<0.05),且蒙氏组提升更显著(P<0.05)。结论蒙特梭利日常生活教育可以有效改善学龄前脑瘫儿童精细运动功能。Objective To explore the effects of daily life education on fine motor function in preschool children with cerebral palsy in maria montessori.Methods A total of 40 preschool children with cerebral palsy were selected from October 2018 to May 2020,and divided into two groups:control group(N=20)and montserrat group(N=20),the control group was given routine rehabilitation training,maria montessori’s daily life education was conducted for 40 minutes on the basis of routine rehabilitation training,and the hand function scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results FMFM score and PDMS-FM score were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and significantly increased in montserrat group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maria montessori daily life education can improve fine motor function of preschool children with cerebral palsy.
