摘　　要：以南钢3500 mm定尺剪为例,详细介绍工业机器人在定尺取样系统的应用,视觉与机器人共同坐标系建立,机器人取样、存料、切割、激光打标、数据库及伺服控制系统的应用。Based on 3500 mm fixed length shear as an example,detailed introduces the application of industrial robot in sizing sampling system,vision and robot establish the same coordinate system,the application of Robot sampling、storage,、cutting、laser marking,database and servo control system.
