摘　　要：近年围绕现场工作进行情景理论研究的方法受到企业培训研究学者的重视,因为不依赖理论,基于理解“企业实践工作”的研究可以:(1)揭示企业在具体范围内构建详细工作培训的机会。(2)揭示员工的工作机会,设计和实施员工的工作。本文基于某企业互联网专业实操培训的实地调查进行案例分析与研究,对围绕现场工作过程进行情景理论研究方法的分析,能够使员工在现场工作培训中反思,尤其是为嵌入工作中学习相关业务的有效履行提供思路。In recent years,the method of situational theory research based on-site work has been paid attention to by enterprise training scholars,because it does not rely on theory,but the research based on the understanding of“enterprise practical work”can:i.reveal the opportunities for enterprises to conduct detailed job training within a specifi c scope;ii.show employees’job opportunities,design and employees’practical work.This research makes a case analysis and study based on the fi eld investigation of Internet professional training in an enterprise,and analyzes the situational theory research method based on the on-site work process,which can make employees refl ect in the on-site work training.In particular,it provides ideas for the eff ective implementation of related business of learning in the work.
