信息化时代电子发票应用及管理的探究——以S高校为例

摘　　要：随着信息化的发展,电子发票逐渐成为高校财务管理的重要组成部分,高校应加快建设相应的科学管理机制。本文阐述电子发票的概念及发展历程,分析了其他高校及S高校电子发票应用管理的现状,并提出S高校电子发票报销中的问题,对电子发票的报销、归档等进行探讨,为电子发票在高校财务工作中的应用提供借鉴。With the development of information technology, electronic invoices have become gradually an important part of financial management in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should speed up the construction of a scientific management mechanism correspondingly. This paper describes the concept and development of electronic invoices,analyzes the status quo of electronic invoices application and management in other universities and university S. Then put forward some reimbursement problems with electronic invoices in university S. To discuss the reimbursement and filing of electronic invoices, and provide reference for the application of electronic invoices in the financial work of colleges and universities.
