摘  要:为研究二冲程点燃式半直喷航空煤油发动机的性能特点,通过对一台二冲程电喷原型机结构进行分析,利用发动机一维性能仿真计算平台开展电喷原型机及半直喷发动机建模与仿真分析,结果表明:将原型机改成扫气道半直喷发动机后,在全负荷条件下均燃用航空煤油时,发动机的功率、扭矩及平均指示压力等指标均比原型机有一定的提升,燃油消耗量比原型机要少;通过对6 000 r/min全负荷的工况点进行仿真分析,半直喷航空煤油发动机燃烧比同工况下航空煤油原型机更加充分;通过对比分析半直喷发动机喷油嘴的安装方案,喷油嘴安装在扫气道末端时,发动机燃烧要比安装在扫气道中部与前部稍好。研究结果可为二冲程半直喷发动机的设计提供理论参考。To study the performance characteristics of a two-stroke semi-direct injection(SDI) spark ignition aviation kerosene engine, the structure of a two-stroke port fuel injection(PFI) prototype engine is analyzed.The simulation research on PFI prototype engine and SDI engine is carried out by using the one-dimensional performance simulation platform.The results show that, as the PFI of prototype engine is changed to SDI, the power, torque, and indicated mean effective pressure(IMEP) are higher than that of prototype engine under the conditions of full load with engine burning aviation kerosene, and the fuel consumption rate is reduced.According to the analysis on working condition of full load at 6 000 r/min, the combustion of SDI aviation kerosene engine is more sufficient than that of PFI prototype engine.The installation schemes of the injector are compared and analyzed for the SDI engine, the injector installed at the end of scavenging port results in a better combustion efficiency.The results of this research can provide theoretical reference for the design of two-stroke SDI engines.
