摘 要:经营性实训基地产教深度融合改革存在校企目标不一致、“实训教学”与“企业经营”难协调、缺乏既懂经营又善教学的指导教师等困境。以“餐桌的记忆”经营性实训基地为例,从建立有效的运行机制、科学合理的运营模式、校企导师相结合的专兼职师资团队、建立健全保障制度四个方面阐述了产教融合背景下高职经营性实训基地改革的模式,旨在解决人才教育供给侧和企业需求侧之间断层、衔接不畅或矛盾等问题,促进人才培养质量的提升,提高高等职业教育对经济发展的贡献。The operational training base has difficulties such as school and enterprise have different goals,difficulty in coordination between"practical training"and"business management",and lack of instructors who understand both management and teaching.Taking the"Memory of the dining table"operational training base as an example,it explains the integration of production and education from four aspects:the establishment of an effective operating mechanism,a scientific and reasonable operating model,a full-time and part-time faculty team combining school-enterprise tutors,and the establishment of a sound guarantee system.It aims to solve the problems of gaps,poor connection or contradictions between the supply side of talent education and the demand side of enterprises,promote the improvement of the quality of talent training,and improve the contribution of higher vocational education to economic development.
