摘　　要：在“产教融合、校企合作”背景下,构建高职现代农林专业实践教学模式,应坚持课程设置灵活化、考核方式多元化、校企互动常态化、政策支持明朗化,走一条既能适应行业企业需求,又能反哺学校发展的双赢之路。本文从研究的基础和现状出发,提炼出高职现代农林专业“1345”实践教学模式,并且对“1345”实践教学模式进行探索和实践,取得了良好的成效。Under the background of"integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises",to construct the practical teaching mode of modern agriculture and forestry specialty in higher vocational colleges,we should adhere to the flexibility of curriculum setting,diversification of assessment methods,normalization of school enterprise interaction and clarity of policy support,and take a win-win road that can not only meet the needs of industry enterprises,but also feed the development of schools.Starting from the research basis and current situation,this paper refines,explores and practices the"1345"practical teaching mode of modern agriculture and forestry specialty in higher vocational colleges,and has achieved good results.
