摘 要:目的探讨标准化病人教学法在牙周病学本科实验教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年7—8月进行牙周病学实验课的2016级口腔医学五年制本科生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组仅采用传统模式进行教学,试验组则在传统教学的基础上引入标准化病人,期末对两组学生进行理论考试、实践操作考核和满意度调查作为评价方法。结果教学结束后,试验组的理论考试和实践操作考核成绩均显著高于对照组,问卷调查显示试验组学生对该教学模式的接受度、满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙周病学本科实验教学中引入标准化病人,可以有效提高学生理论和操作成绩,提升牙周病学实验课教学效果,激发学生学习积极性。Objective To explore the effect of the Standardized Patient teaching method in the Periodontology experimental teaching of undergraduates.Methods The five-year undergraduate students of Stomatology in Grade 2016 who conducted the experimental course of Periodontology from July to August in 2020 were selected as the research object.The undergraduates were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The students in the control group received traditional teaching method,while the experimental group received the Standardized Patient teaching method plus the traditional teaching.At the end of the semester,all enrolled students were given the same theoretical examination,practical operation examination and questionnaire survey about the new teaching method.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical examination and practical operation examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group had higher acceptance and satisfaction with this new teaching method.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion The introduction of Standardized Patient in the Periodontology experimental teaching of undergraduates can effectively promote the teaching effect and stimulate students'learning enthusiasm.
