摘 要:目的探讨将团队为基础的教学法(TBL)应用于泌尿系统整合课程的教学效果。方法采用以学生为研究对象的随机对照试验,选取我校临床医学专业四年级学生113名,随机分为两组。试验组和对照组分别采用TBL教学和LBL教学法,对两组学生的个人测评基线(IRAT-baseline)、小组测评(GRAT)、课后即时的个人测评终点(ITT1)、课后一周个人测评终点(ITT 2)成绩进行比较,并对TBL教学效果进行问卷调查。结果TBL组在IRN-baseline、ITT1、ITT2成绩上均较对照组显著增高(P<0.05);ITT1-IRN-baseline成绩变化量上两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ITT2-IRN-baseline成绩变化量上,TBL组较对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示TBL教学法在提高学习兴趣、提高解决问题的能力、培养自主学习能力、表达能力、团队协作能力方面较之传统教学方法有明显优势(P<0.05),在知识传授系统性上存在不足。结论TBL教学法应用于泌尿系统整合课程教学中,能够取得与传统LBL方法至少同等的教学效果,有一定的教学延滞效应,可作为一种传统教学模式以外的、有效的补充替代教学模式。Objective To explore the teaching effects of Team-based learning(TBL)in integrated Urinary System teaching.Methods We conducted a randomized controlled study on Urinary System Disease teaching involving 113 fouth-year medical undergraduates,using TBL as the active intervention,compared against lecture-based learning as a control.Their scores in Individual Readiness Assurance Test-baseline,Group Readiness Assurance Test,Individual Terminal Test1 and Individual Terminal Test 2 were compared.Meanwhile,questionnaire surveys were distributed to them after class.Results TBL group was obviously superior to the control group in the scores of IRN-baseline,ITT1,ITT2(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores change of ITT1-IRN-baseline,but the TBL group was superior to the control group in the scores change of ITT2-IRN-baseline(P<0.05).The questionnaire surveys revealed that the TBL group obviously scored higher in the following 4 items:increase the learning interest,strengthen the ability to solve problems,improve the ability to express and encourage the spirit of team cooperation(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL method has an advantage to improve the teaching quality in the integrated Urinary System teaching,which offers an alternative to the traditional lecture-based learning.
