摘 要:目的探索PBL联合CBL教学法在呼吸内科临床实习的教学效果。方法观察对象为在本院呼吸内科实习的82名学生,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,每组均为41名,试验组学生采用PBL联合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统的讲授法,实习任务完成后随堂进行测试和问卷调查评估教学效果。结果试验组学生在学习成绩及对教学方法等方面明显高于对照组学生,试验组学生考试成绩为(89.7±5.2)分,对照组学生成绩为(83.5±4.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学法比较,PBL联合CBL教学法能明显提高实习学生的学习成绩和学习主观能动性,更能提高实习学生临床思维能力。Objective To explore the application value of the problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in respiratory medical practice.Methods Respiratory medicine undergraduate clinical training of medical 82 students were randomly divided into a test group and a control group with 41 each.The experimental group used PBL combined with CBL approach and the control group used traditional teaching methods were assessed for teaching effectiveness.Results The multistage theory test score of the experimental group(89.7±5.2)points was significantly better than the control group(83.5±4.3)points(P<0.05).The experimented group had good evaluation of teaching effectiveness.Conclusion The use of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in teaching respiratory medicine can effectively improve students’subjective initiative and help them develop their clinical skills.
