摘  要:目的探讨“换位学习法”在手术室护理带教中的应用效果,以改善带教质量与护生满意度,保证人才培养。方法将我院2019年1月—2020年1月手术室接收的实习护生70名作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方式,将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组有35名。其中,对照组给予传统护理带教方案,观察组给予“换位学习法”带教方案。在教学完成后以理论和技术操作考核的方式,来对其教学质量进行评估。同时,就护生对教学满意度进行评价。结果在实习护生的理论知识和技术操作评分上看,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05;在护生对护理带教方式满意度上看,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在手术室护理带教中,选取“换位学习法”,能够有效地提高护生学习的主动性与满意度,从而保证教学质量,使之对理论知识与操作技能的掌握度更为熟悉,有助于临床工作的开展。Objective To explore the application effect of"transposition learning method"in nursing teaching in the operating room,so as to improve the quality of teaching and nursing students'satisfaction,and ensure talent training.Methods The study selected 70 nursing students who practiced in the operating room of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.Following the principle of random grouping,they were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).Among them,the control group was given a traditional nursing teaching program,and the observation group was given a"transposing learning method"teaching program.After the teaching is completed,the teaching quality is evaluated by means of theoretical and technical operation assessment.At the same time,the teaching satisfaction of nursing students was evaluated.Results The theoretical knowledge and technical operation assessment scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operating room nursing teaching,the selection of"transposing learning method"can effectively improve the learning initiative and satisfaction of nursing students,so as to ensure the teaching quality,make them more familiar with the theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and contribute to the development of clinical work.
