摘 要:目的探讨CBL-Seminar教学法在神经病学临床见习教学中的应用效果及可行性。方法选取2015级于神经内科见习的62名本科学生为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组按照传统教学法教学,观察组按照CBL-Seminar教学法进行教学,教学结束后,比较两组笔试考核成绩和教学效果评价问卷调查结果。结果观察组理论考核成绩、病例分析考核成绩及总成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学效果评价问卷各项满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在神经病学临床见习教学中应用CBL-Seminar教学法教学效果明显优于传统教学法,并且提高学生学习兴趣、学习效率,锻炼临床思维能力,不明显增加学生学习负担。Objective To explore the application effect and feasibility of CBL-Seminar teaching method in clinical probation teaching of Neurology.Methods A total of 62 undergraduate students who were interns in neurology department in 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was taught with traditional teaching method,and the observation group was taught with CBL-Seminar teaching method.After teaching,the written examination results and teaching effect evaluation questionnaire survey results of the two groups were compared.Results The results of theoretical assessment,case analysis and total score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of CBL-Seminar teaching method in clinical probation teaching of neurology is obviously better than that of traditional teaching method,and it also improves students'learning interest and efficiency,exercises their clinical thinking ability,and does not significantly increase students'learning burden.
