摘　　要：目的为评价三维可视化技术在肝脏外科住院医师规范化培训带教中的应用及价值。方法我们通过选取2018年1月—2019年12月间在我院行住院医师规范化培训的50名学生进行临床教学,进行随机分组,分为普通教学组(25名),三维可视化教学组(25名),对学习效果进行临床评价。结果三维可视化教学组学生理论考核平均成绩(88.72±6.01)分及肝脏影像阅片平均成绩(87.84±4.02)分,明显高于普通教学组的(81.00±6.55)分,(78.36±3.95)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,计算机三维重建可视化教学模式显著改善住院医师规范化培训学员的学习肝脏解剖及影像的积极性,激发学习兴趣,提高学习效率,总体满意度高。结论三维可视化重建技术应用于肝脏外科住院医师规范化培训带教中,有利于规培学员更加有效的了解肝脏解剖分段,激发学习兴趣,可提高教学效率。Objective To evaluate the application value of three-dimensional visualization technology in standardized residency training of liver surgery.Methods 50 students who received standardized resident training in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups:general teaching group and three-dimensional visualization teaching group,with 25 members in each group.And the learning effect of two groups of students was analyzed.Results The average scores of theoretical assessment and liver image reading of students in three-dimensional visualization teaching group were(88.72±6.01)points and(87.84±4.02)points respectively,which were significantly higher than those of general teaching group(81.00±6.55)points and(78.36±3.95)points and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Furthermore,questionnaire results showed that the three-dimensional visualization technology can help stimulate residents'interest in learning,improve their learning efficiency,deepen their understanding of liver imaging and liver surgery,and improve teaching satisfaction.Conclusion The application of three-dimensional visualization technology in the standardized residency training of liver surgery can helpful for the residents to understand the liver anatomical segmentation and imaging,stimulate residents'interest in learning,improving teaching quality,and is worth promoting.
