摘　　要：当前,信息通信技术(ICT)与教育融合不断加深,为新入职护士规范化培训提供了一定便利。ICT在新入职护士规培中的应用途径主要有信息平台、手机软件、虚拟仿真技术、在线游戏、微格教学法等。当前利用ICT对护士进行规范化培训取得了良好效果,能够提高新入职护士的工作自信心、岗位胜任力、临床护理能力、工作满意度等。未来关注ICT教学体验、加强教学监控、加大资源共享和建立大型ICT培训平台将有利于进一步推进新入职护士规范化培训的发展。ICT培训的效果可能还受学员自身因素、教师教学水平、培训工具的易用性、互动性等因素的影响,这些在未来都有待进一步研究。The integration of ICT and education has been deepened at present,which has brought some convenience to the standardized training of newly recruited nurses.The application of ICT in the standardized training for new nurses of domestic and abroad includes information platform,mobile application,virtual simulation technology,online interaction or games,and microteaching method.ICT training can improve the job self-confidence,job competence,clinical nursing ability and job satisfaction of new nurses.There is still lack of specific evaluation tool for ICT training and report on the long-term utilization rate of training tools or the long-term evaluation of nurses'abilities.In addition,the effectiveness of ICT training may also be influenced by the trainees'own factors,the teaching level,the ease of use of training tools or interactivity,which need to be further studied in the future.It is recommended to pay attention to user experience,strengthen teaching monitoring,to cultivate information nurses,increase resource sharing and strengthen network ethics construction.
