摘 要:随着医学教育的不断发展,各医学院校对临床实习的需求不断增加,与此同时,临床教学基地的数量也越来越多。如何在不同临床教学基地完成同样质量的临床教学变得尤为重要,临床教学同质化的改革与实践成为了热点课题。口腔医学是临床医学的重要分支,具有实践性强、专业性强、三级学科多、病种之间差异大等特点,给口腔医学专业的临床教学带来挑战。基于现阶段口腔医学专业临床教学的发展和实践,文章对临床教学同质化改革进行了一系列研究,分析了口腔医学专业的临床教学特点和现状、口腔医学教学同质化的内涵和意义。同时以沈阳医学院口腔医学专业为例,从人才培养方案修订、临床教学相关制度、临床教学保障体系、理论课程教学同质化、临床实习教学同质化、临床技能考核体系、临床教学同质化的效果评价等方面,系统地探讨了口腔医学专业临床教学同质化的改革与实践。期望为医学院校口腔医学专业学生的临床教学改革提供参考,提高口腔医学专业的教学质量,培养优质的口腔医学人才。With the development of medical education,the demand for clinical practice in medical schools is increasing and the number of clinical teaching bases is also increasing.It has become particularly important to complete clinical teaching of the same quality in different clinical teaching bases,and the reform and practice of homogenization of clinical teaching has become a hot topic.Stomatology is an important branch of clinical medicine.It has the characteristics of strong practicality,strong professionalism,multiple three-level disciplines and great differences among diseases,which brings challenges to clinical teaching of stomatology specialty.Based on the development and practice of clinical teaching in stomatology specialty at the present stage,this paper conducted a series of studies on the reform of clinical teaching homogenization,and analyzed the characteristics and current situation of clinical teaching in stomatology specialty,as well as the connotation and significance of the homogenization of stomatology teaching.At the same time,taking the stomatology specialty of Shenyang medical college as an example,the reform and practice of the clinical teaching homogenization of stomatology specialty were systematically discussed from the aspects of personnel training program revision,clinical teaching related system,clinical teaching guarantee system,theoretical course teaching homogenization,clinical practice teaching homogenization,clinical skill examination system,and the effect evaluation of clinical teaching homogenization.It is expected to provide reference for the clinical teaching reform of stomatology major students in medical colleges,improve the teaching quality of stomatology major,and cultivate high quality stomatology talents.
