高校科技期刊在学科建设与人才培养中的作用研究

摘　　要：高校科技期刊是我国高等教育和科学技术发展的历史产物,其在高校的学科建设和人才培养过程中起到了一定的推动作用。当前,高校科技期刊在优质稿源、期刊影响力以及编辑人才等方面均存在严重不足,已不能满足所在高校的学科发展、学术交流和人才培养的需求。文章分析了当前我国高校科技期刊存在着限制其可持续发展的客观和主观问题,并提出相应建议。University science and technology journals are the historical product of the development of higher education and science and technology in China. They have played a certain role in promoting the discipline construction and talent training in colleges and universities. At present, there are serious deficiencies in the high-quality manuscript source, journal influence and editorial talents of university science and technology journals, which cannot meet the needs of discipline development, academic exchange and talent training of the university. This paper analyzes the objective and subjective problems that restrict the sustainable development of science and technology journals in colleges and universities in China, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
