扩招背景下高水平专业群差异化人才培养的思考

摘　　要：2019年“双高计划”的实施、落地,标志着国家职业教育步入了高质量发展的新纪元。而高职院校“百万扩招”的培养对象呈现多样性特征,这为入选“双高计划”的院校和专业群在面临扩招生源结构复杂、学情不一等特点下,实现高质量、高水平建设提出了挑战。文章以广东科学技术职业学院软件技术专业群(入选高水平专业群建设单位B档)为例,探索差异化人才培养改革-创新“大类招生、分类培养”人才培养模式、构建“纵向贯通、横向融通”课程体系、打造智慧云平台实现资源共享、探索模块化学分制推进柔性管理等,满足不同生源类型诉求,实现人才分类精准培养。With the implementation"Double High Plan"in 2019,the national vocational education has entered a new era of high-quality development.It benefits those double high colleges with"one million enrollment expansion",but also brings challenges for them to realize high-quality and high-level construction due to the diversified training objects and different learning situations.This paper takes the Software Technology Specialty group of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example to explore differentiated personnel training reform.Through innovating the personnel training mode of"large-type enrollment and classified training",constructing the curriculum system of"vertical integration and horizontal integration",building a big data cloud platform to promote resource sharing and flexible management,it meets the demands of different types of students,and realizes accurate personnel classification training.
