摘 要:综述国内外高速铁路和城市轨道交通用可动心轨辙叉道岔的发展概况,以及国内外城市轨道交通对于可动心轨辙叉道岔的需求;阐述可动心轨辙叉关键技术,包括车-岔系统动力学、转换及锁闭、病害伤损、养护维修和更换改造技术等;总结可动心轨辙叉结构设计,分为重载道岔、提速道岔、高速道岔和小号码道岔4部分内容;阐述可动心轨辙叉道岔的制造和铺设内容;对未来可动心轨辙叉道岔的发展提出展望,主要内容包含:时速400 km高速铁路道岔的研制,重载铁路道岔心轨耐磨性及强度优化研究,城市轨道交通7号、9号可动心轨辙叉道岔研制,可动心轨辙叉下刚度设计,心轨与滑床台密贴保持方法及可动心轨辙叉快速更换优化研究。The development of the movable frog switch for domestic and abroad high-speed railway and urban rail transit, as well as the demand for the movable frog switch were summarized. Key technologies of movable frogs, including vehicle-fork system dynamics, switching and locking, disease damage, maintenance and repair, and replacement and reconstruction technologies were carried out. The structure design of movable frog, which was divided into four parts: heavy-duty switch, speed-increasing switch, high-speed switch and small-number switch were discussed and the manufacturing and laying contents of movable frog switch were proposed. The future development of movable frog turnouts was discussed and main contents included: development of 400 km/h high-speed railway turnouts, research on wear resistance and strength optimization of heavy-duty railway turnout core rails, urban rail transit No.7 and No. 9 movable frog, the design of rigidity under the movable frog, the method of keeping the center rail and the sliding bed in close contact, and the optimization research of the rapid replacement of the movable frog.
