摘 要:传统骨科临床教学在教学理念、教学方式、教学设计上存在诸多问题,无法因应骨科发展带来的挑战和要求。基于“教学法-学习空间-信息技术”框架的混合教学模式综合考虑教学法、学习空间和信息技术三者之间的相互作用与关联,拓展了传统骨科教学的空间和条件局限,实现了线上与线下教学的结合,在教学活动中实现认知呈现、社会呈现和教学呈现的有机统一。混合教学模式的具体实施包括教学过程设计和教学模式设计两个方面。具体而言,应从“课前-课中-课后”三个过程阶段入手,从师生关系和生生关系等不同主体结构关系切入,展开混合式教学设计,实现骨科临床教学中教学法、教学空间和信息技术的有机融合,提高骨科人才培养质量。未来,骨科教学中,应从加强临床教学改革与信息技术相互交融、激发教师参与临床教学改革热情,以及激发学生参与互动式教学动机等方面入手,推动混合式教学在骨科临床教学中推广。Traditional orthopaedic clinical teaching has many problems in teaching philosophy,teaching methods and teaching design,which cannot meet the challenges and requirements brought by the development of orthopaedics.The mixed teaching mode based on the framework of"pedagogy-space-technology"comprehensively considers the interaction and correlation among pedagogy,learning space and information technology,overcomes the space and condition limitations of traditional orthopaedic teaching and realizes the combination of online and offline teaching.Conclusively,the mixed teaching mode realizes the organic unity of cognitive presentation,social presentation and teaching presentation in teaching activities.The concrete implementation of mixed teaching mode includes two aspects:teaching process design and teaching mode design.In practice,we should start from the three stages of"preclass,in-class and after-class",focus on the relationship between teachers and students,student and student,and other different subject structure relations,and develop the mixed teaching design,so as to realize the integration of pedagogy,space and technology in orthopaedic clinical teaching,and improve the quality of orthopaedic personnel training.In the future,the promotion of mixed teaching in orthopaedic clinical teaching should be promoted from the following aspects:strengthening the integration of clinical teaching reform and information technology,stimulating teachers’enthusiasm to participate in clinical teaching reform,and stimulating students’motivation to participate in interactive teaching.
