摘　　要：古老的班墨精神蕴含着我国职业教育的文化基因,通过继承发扬班墨精益求精的技术追求和崇德尚技的人文素养,有助于提升高职医学院校学生的人文关怀、道德素养和技能水平,在现代医学工匠培育中具有重要价值。在开展工匠人才培育过程中,本项目选取医学技术类眼视光技术专业进行试点,发挥班墨工匠精神的现代内涵,探索形成了高职院校医学教育“一核心、三平台、三阶段”的“一三三”培育模式,在教育过程中从自然层次、道德层次、审美层次三个层面入手,积极培育学生工匠精神核心理念,搭建了新型学习平台、实践平台、展示平台,并贯穿于通识教育阶段、专业教育阶段、顶岗实训阶段。为培育兼具“医者仁心”与“精益求精”的现代医学工匠提供了实践路径。The ancient Banmo spirit contains the cultural genes of my country’s vocational education.By inheriting and carrying forward Banmo’s pursuit of excellence and the humanistic quality of advocating morality and technology,it will help to improve the humanistic care,moral quality and skills of students in higher vocational medical schools.Level,still has important value in the cultivation of modern medical artisans.In the process of developing artisan talents,this project selects medical technology eye optics technology majors for pilot projects,gives full play to the modern connotation of the craftsman spirit of Banmo,and explores the formation of"one core,three platforms,and three stages"of medical education in higher vocational colleges.The"One Three Three"cultivation model starts from the three levels of natural level,moral level,and aesthetic level in the education process,actively cultivates the core concept of student craftsman spirit,builds a new learning platform,practice platform,and display platform,and runs through General education stage,professional education stage,post training stage.It provides a practical path for cultivating modern medical artisans with both"medical benevolence"and"excellent improvement".
