摘  要:目的评价基于网络平台的翻转课堂在眼科临床见习教学中的应用效果及前景。方法本研究纳入四川大学华西临床医学院2016级五年制临床医学专业136名学生作为研究对象,其中女性67名(49.26%),男性69名(50.74%)。在教学中采用基于网络平台的翻转课堂模式,通过网络调查问卷对学生的学习效果、学习主动性和个人临床思维能力提升等方面进行反馈和调查。结果大部分学生认为,在对于相关知识的理解、师生互动、学习主动性、学习兴趣、学习效率、课堂活跃度这几个方面,翻转课堂具有比传统模式更好或相似的教学效果;同时,在提升个人能力方面,大部分学生同样认为,在分析和解决临床问题的能力、查阅文献的能力、与他人合作的能力以及自主学习能力这几个方面,基于网络的翻转课堂具有比传统模式更好或相似的教学效果。大部分学生认为该教学模式能够保证眼科临床见习的学习效果并有助于个人能力提高。结论该教学模式能够有效保证眼科临床见习的教学效果,可作为一种特殊时期可行有效的远程教学方式,也可作为常规教学模式的重要补充。Objective To evaluate the application of online platform-based flip classroom in ophthalmic clinical probation teaching.Methods In this study,136 students of clinical medicine in Sichuan University were selected as the research objects,including 67 females(49.26%)and 69 males(50.74%).The flipped classroom model based on the network platform was adopted in the teaching,and the feedback evaluation of students on the teaching effect was investigated by using the network questionnaire.Results Most students believed that flipped classroom had better or similar teaching effect than the traditional mode in terms of understanding of relevant knowledge,interaction between teachers and students,learning initiative,learning interest,learning efficiency and classroom activity.Meanwhile,in terms of improving personal ability,most students also believed that they had the ability to analyze and solve clinical problems and consult literature.The flipped classroom based on network had better or similar teaching effect than the traditional mode in terms of ability,ability to cooperate with others and autonomous learning ability.Most of the students thought that the teaching mode could ensure the learning effect of ophthalmic clinical probation and help to improve personal ability.Conclusion This teaching model can effectively guarantee the teaching effect of ophthalmology clinical probation,and can be used as an effective distance teaching method,as well as an important supplement to the conventional teaching model.
