摘　　要：客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)通过模拟临床场景测试医学生的临床能力,是一种知识、技能和态度并重的临床能力评价方法。组织OSCE是一项复杂的系统工程,其中合理的流程设计是OSCE顺利完成的基础,而一支专业过硬的考务团队是OSCE高效运行的保证,考务人员应将每一环节实施均落实到细节。本文以北京协和医院为例介绍该医院在北京市住院医师规范化培训结业考核中OSCE考务实践的探索。Objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)is a tool to evaluate medical students'clinical competence in a simulated clinical setting,so it has been regarded as a clinical competency assessment method based on KAS model(knowledge,skills and attitudes).Development of OSCE is a complicated system engineering process.A reasonable design is the foundation of the successful completion of OSCE,and a professional team of excellent examination service is the guarantee of the efficient operation of OSCE.This article takes Peking Union Medical College Hospital as an example to introduce the practice of OSCE in the evaluation of clinical competence of trainees after resident standardized training in Beijing.
