摘　　要：从复杂系统科学的视角,对"自组织"和"他组织"概念进行辨析发现,大学作为学术组织也是一个他组织系统,具有他组织系统的指令性、诱导性以及开放性等特征。凸显大学的他组织性,并非是要消解大学(人)的主体性,而旨在揭示"他组织性"在大学中的能动与生产功能。大学的他组织与自组织之间并非是不可逾越的鸿沟,它们之间相互依存、相互转化;认识"他组织"特性广泛存在的事实,充分实现他组织与自组织之间的积极互动,不仅是把握高等教育内外发展规律的应有之义,也是在新时代中国特色社会主义时代下实现高等教育强国战略,推进大学治理能力与治理体系现代化的应有之策。From the perspective of complex systems science,this paper analyzes the concepts of self-organization,and hetero-organization,and finds that as an academic organization,the universities have a series of features of hetero-organizational system,such as command,inducement,and openness.Highlighting the hetero-organization of the university is not to dispel the subjectivity of the human in the university,but to reveal the dynamic and productive function of hetero-organization in the university.There is no insurmountable gap between the university’s hetero-organization and self-organization,they are interdependent and mutually transforming.To understand the fact that the characteristics of hetero-organization exist widely,and to fully realize the positive interaction between hetero-organization and self-organizations,it includes the proper meaning of grasping the internal and external development laws of higher education,and it is also a proper strategy for realizing the strategy of strengthening the country with higher education and promoting the modernization of university governance capacity and governance system in the era of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
