摘 要:在科技快速发展的今天,人们对于检测和治疗身体健康的技术和设备都十分重视。GaN HEMT器件的出现让科学家们眼前一亮,其良好的性能和快速精准的检测在生物研究领域起到无法替代的作用。文章介绍GaN器件、HEMT器件在各自领域的优势,以及与生物传感器结合以后在生物检测方面的应用及其原理。Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, people attach great importance to the technology and equipment for the detection and treatment of physical health. The emergence of GaN HEMT devices has brightened the eyes of scientists, and its good performance and fast and accurate detection have played an irreplaceable role in the field of biological research. In this paper, the advantages of GaN and HEMT devices in their respective fields and their applications and the theory in biological detection combined with biosensors are introduced.
