摘  要:培养德才兼备的高层次创新型人才,是新时代研究生德育的核心要务。然而,当下“功利之教”的德育实践依然存在,表现为德育目标“工具理性化”、德育内容过于“社会化”、德育方式“知识授受化”等方面。“功利之教”的研究生德育,与现代社会“工具理性”及西方功利主义教育观的桎梏密切相关。从“功利之教”转向“德性之教”是社会主义新时期研究生教育践行立德树人的内在必需,这需要从重塑立德树人的德育目标、构筑整全德育内容体系、构建探究引导式德育模式等方面入手。Cultivating high-level innovative talents with both morality and ability is the core task of graduate moral education in the new era.However,“utilitarian teaching”still exists in the current practice of moral education,which is manifested in the“instrumental rationalization”of moral education goal,the excessive“socialization”of moral education content,and the“knowledge giving and receiving”of moral education method.The graduate moral education of“utilitarian teaching”is closely related to the shackles of“instrumental rationality”in modern society and the Western utilitarian educational view.Changing from“utilitarian teaching”to“virtue teaching”is the internal necessity for graduate education to practice morality education in the new socialist era,which needs to start with reshaping the moral education goal of“morality education”,constructing a complete system of moral education content,and building an inquiry guided model of moral education.
