摘 要:采棉机自动对行作业是新疆棉花自动化采收的重要环节。为实现采棉机收获作业时精准的对行采收,降低驾驶员工作强度,提高棉花的采净率,设计了采棉机自动对行系统,给出了设计准则与设计理念。该系统以单片机控制为核心,应用Keil软件编写系统的C语言控制程序。角度信息采集使用数模转化器采集(ADC采集),电磁阀驱动采用脉冲宽度调制电压(PWM)来驱动比例电磁阀。结合液压转向技术实现对行,为今后采棉机自动对行系统的开发提供了方法,符合现有棉花采收自动化的发展国情。Automatic alignment of cotton pickers is an important part of automatic cotton harvesting in Xinjiang. In order to achieve accurate alignment harvesting, reduce the driver’s work intensity and improve the cotton net rate during the harvesting operation of cotton picker, the automatic alignment system of cotton picker was designed in this paper, and the design criteria and design concept were given.The system was based on single-chip microcomputer control, and the C language control program was written by Keil software.The Angle information is collected by digital analog converter(ADC), and the proportional solenoid valve was driven by pulse-width modulation voltag(PWM). Combined with hydraulic steering technology to realize alignment, it provided a method for the development of automatic alignment system of cotton picker in the future, which is in line with the development of existing cotton harvesting automation.
