摘　　要：长三角一体化的目的在于抓好一体化和高质量两个关键词,真抓实干,推动长三角一体化发展不断取得实效。高等教育是长三角一体化发展重要建设领域,是基于在高等教育高质量内涵式发展模式的背景下,社会需求、区域教育现状和学科发展规律综合认知下的反思。蚌埠医学院食品质量与安全专业紧抓长三角一体化发展的时代契机,积极探索食品质量与安全专业跨区域人才培养模式改革,并开展了相关实践工作。Yangtze River Delta integration aims to the integration and high quality, in order to yield tangible results by real practice and solid work. Higher education is an important construction field in the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and the reflection on the comprehensive cognition of social demand, regional education status and discipline development law under the background of high quality connotative development model of higher education. The profession of food quality and safety in Bengbu Medical College is grasping the opportunity of the integration development of Yangtze River Delta, actively exploring the reform of transregional talents training mode for food quality and safety specialty,and carrying out relevant practical work.
