生殖医学实验室技术在研究生教学中的探索

摘　　要：目的利用生殖医学实验室选修课培养妇产科学专业研究生熟悉辅助生殖实验操作技能,以生殖医学前沿研究为基础开拓科研思路,建立模拟生殖实验室。方法编写适合妇产科学专业研究生掌握的教材,结合生殖医学相关研究提高学生对辅助生殖技术的认知能力。结果结果发现研究生在较短时间内熟悉了辅助生殖实验技术的基本内容,了解了有关生殖医学的实验研究方法,开阔了眼界及科研思维。结论将辅助生殖基本操作技能学习与本学科前沿理论紧密联系,能激发妇产科学专业学生学习兴趣,有利于拓展科研能力创新思维。Objective The laboratory optional course of reproductive medicine was used to train the postgraduate students majoring in obstetrics and gynecology to be familiar with the operative technology of assisted reproduction. A simulated reproductive laboratory was established based on the frontier research of reproductive medicine. Methods The textbook suitable for postgraduates majoring in obstetrics and gynecology was compiled to improve their cognitive ability of assisted reproductive technology. Results It was showed that the postgraduate students were familiar with the basic content of assisted reproduction in a short period of time, meanwhile, understood the experimental methods of reproductive medicine and expanded their vision and thinking of scientific research. Conclusion The close connection between the basic operation skills of assisted reproduction and the frontier theory of the subject can stimulate the students’ learning interest and help to expand their scientific research ability and innovative thinking.
