摘 要:在深化国企改革的时代背景下,构建国企女性领导干部胜任力素质模型,对于建立新时代高素质国企干部队伍、提升国企女干部竞争力有重要意义。本文以某农垦集团优秀女性领导干部为研究对象,通过问卷调研、深入访谈等方式,构建国有企业女性领导干部胜任力素质模型,并对模型的实践应用和国有企业女干部选拔培养提出相关建议,以提高国有企业女性干部素质能力建设和选拔培养的精准性、有效性、科学性和合理性。With the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,it is significant to construct a competence model of female leading cadres in state-owned enterprises,which will contribute to the establishment of a high-quality leading cadre team and the improvement of their competitiveness.Taking the outstanding female leading cadres of an Agribusiness Group Corporation as the research object,and questionnaires and interviews as research methods,this article aimed to construct a competence model of female leading cadres of state-owned enterprises.Moreover,suggestions were given on the practical application of the model and on the selection and training of female leading cadres in state-owned enterprises in order to improve the accuracy,effectiveness,scientificity and rationality of their selection and training.
