面向亚太地区高职院校涉农专业师资国际化发展路径研究

摘　　要：服务“一带一路”面向亚太地区发展倡议,需要加强高职院校师资队伍国际化建设。本文研究了在新形势下高职院校涉农专业师资国际化现状及存在问题,从提升国际意识、加强教师国际化流动、加强学术梯队培养、构建和优化评价体系等方面对高校师资队伍国际化发展路径进行探讨,为配合做好国家职业教育顶层设计提供参考。To serve the development strategy of the Belt and Road initiative for the Asia-Pacific region,it is necessary to strengthen the internationalization of teaching staff in vocational colleges.To cooperate with the toplevel design of national vocational education,this paper studied the current situation and existing problems of internationalization of agriculture-related teachers in vocational colleges,and explored the internationalization development path of college teachers from the aspects of enhancing international awareness,strengthening teachers'international exchange,reinforcing the training of academic echelon,constructing and optimizing the internationalization evaluation system etc.
