关于食品科学与工程专业本科生专业兴趣培养的思考

摘　　要：针对食品科学与工程专业本科生专业兴趣度不高这一现状,首先从本科生自身学习动力不足、专业教师本科教学投入不足、职业规划未落实到位和社会环境的负反馈等4个方面对该问题进行了剖析,再从学院机制建立、辅导员专业契合度、专业教师投入、食品创新竞赛等层面提出了相应的措施,旨在为增强本科生的专业兴趣和专业素质,以便更好地服务我国食品工业的可持续健康发展。Considering the status quo that the professional interest of students who major in food science and engineering specialty degree was not high,four aspects of the problem were analyzed,including the undergraduate underpowered learning,inadequate professional teachers of undergraduate course teaching,career planning is not in place,and the social environment of the negative feedback.Then the mechanism of college building,counselor professional fit,professional teachers into,food innovation contest and other aspects put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,to enhance the professional undergraduate professional interest,in order to better service the sustainable healthy development of food industry in China.
