摘　　要：创新能力是提升包装工程专业学生系统设计能力和提高就业竞争力的必要条件,分析了应用型本科院校在包装工程专业人才的创新能力培养过程中常见的主要问题,并结合学校包装工程专业的实际情况,从课程体系、师资队伍、校企合作和实践环节等方面,提出了改进措施和方法。Innovation ability is a necessary condition for improving the system design ability of packaging engineering students and their employment competitiveness.The main problems in the process of cultivating the innovation ability of packaging engineering professionals in applied undergraduate colleges were analyzed.In order to the actual situation the packaging engineering majors of our university.The improvement measures and methods had been proposed in terms of curriculum system,teaching staff,school-enterprise cooperation and course practice.
