摘  要:党的十九大报告中,将“健康中国”提升为国家战略,公立医院在贯彻落实“健康中国”战略上发挥着举足轻重的作用,其中大学附属医院既承担临床医疗工作,同时还兼具培养医学人才的任务,因此其发展建设就显得尤为重要。临床科室作为医院的基础医疗单元,科室主任的管理水平和业务能力直接影响着科室以及医院的发展建设水平。如何有效激励科室主任的工作热情,发挥学科引领和带动作用,推进大学附属医院高质量发展,是摆在当前的一个重要问题。In the report of the 19;National Congress of the Communist Party of China, "healthy China" was promoted as a national strategy. Public hospitals play an important role in implementing the "healthy China" strategy. Among them,university hospitals are particularly important because they undertake both clinical medical work and the task of cultivating medical talents. As the basic medical unit of the hospital,the management level and professional ability of the director of the clinical department directly affect the development and construction level of the department and the hospital. How to effectively motivate the work enthusiasm of department directors,give play to the leading and driving role of disciplines,and promote the high-quality development of university hospitals is an important problem at present.
