摘　　要：文章按照马克思主义哲学观点,对图书馆主体与客体关系、图书馆人主观能动性、以人为本的科学发展观和图书馆人才第一资源四个方面的哲学内涵和逻辑进行哲学审视,为实现图书馆人的人才培育和图书馆现代化建设提供思路。Based on Marxist philosophy, this paper conducts a philosophical review of the connotation and logic of four aspects: the relationship between the subject and the object of libraries, the subjective initiative of librarians, the people-oriented scientific development concept, and the talents as the key resource of libraries, aiming to provide ideas for the library talent cultivation and the modernization of libraries.
