摘 要:师范院校小学教育专业以培养合格的小学师资为根本任务,其主要目标是使学生职业能力得到培养和提高。师范类认证背景下国家明确提出了小学教育专业所需的职业能力。本文从职业能力培养的三个角度出发,把“课堂教学、社会实践、第二课堂”有机结合,创设“三结合”职业能力培养模式,其目的是促进高师学生职业能力的养成和提高,实现专业与能力的高效融合,进而培养出未来合格的小学教师。The primary education major in normal colleges and universities takes training qualified primary school teachers as the fundamental task,and its main goal is to train and improve students'professional ability.Under the background of teacher certification,the state has clearly proposed the vocational ability required by primary education major.In this paper,starting from the three angles of professional ability training,the"classroom teaching,social practice,the second classroom"organic combination,creating a"series"vocational ability training mode,the purpose is to promote the college students'vocational ability to develop and improve,realize high integration of professional and ability,and cultivate qualified primary school teachers in the future.
