摘　　要：高校毕业生就业工作事关经济发展大局,关乎社会安定稳定,是教育领域重要的民生工程。基于国家职业教育改革的推行,“双高计划”等相关政策的落地,高等职业教育在服务国家战略、融入区域发展、促进产业升级方面起着重要的作用。本文分析了当下高职院校毕业生就业现状,职业核心能力定义,并从多个方面提出了提升高职院校学生职业核心能力的策略和建议。The employment of college graduates is related to the overall situation of economic development and social stability.It is an important livelihood project.Higher vocational education plays an important role in serving the national strategy,integrating into regional development as well as elevating the economy,based on the implementation of the national vocational education reform and the"double high plan".This paper analyzes the current employment situation of vocational college graduates and the definition of vocational core competence,puts forward strategies and suggestions to improve vocational college students'vocational core competence from many different aspects.
