创业激情如何影响创业绩效?——效果逻辑与不确定性容忍度的作用

摘　　要：创业激情作为创业者进行创业活动的内在驱动力,贯穿整个创业过程,这种积极情绪是创业者克服创业过程中困难和挑战的重要力量来源。创业者的情绪会影响其决策的逻辑倾向,进而影响创业绩效。文章采用多层次线性回归的方法来验证创业激情、效果逻辑、不确定性容忍度和创业绩效之间的关系,进一步解析创业激情对创业绩效的影响机制。研究结果表明:创业激情作为一种积极的情绪对创业绩效具有显著的正向影响;创业激情对效果逻辑具有显著的正向影响;效果逻辑能够对创业绩效产生显著的正向影响;效果逻辑在创业激情与创业绩效的关系之间具有部分中介作用;不确定性容忍度在效果逻辑和创业绩效的关系之间起调节作用。研究成果可为创业者在创业实践中采用决策逻辑、保持激情和提升创业绩效提供理论参考。Entrepreneurial passion is the inherent driving force for entrepreneurs to carry out entrepreneurial activities,and runs through the entire entrepreneurial process.This positive emotion is an important source of strength for entrepreneurs to overcome the difficulties and challenges in the entrepreneurial process.Entrepreneurs’positive emotions will affect their decision-making logic,which in turn affects entrepreneurial performance.This study uses a multi-level linear regression method to verify the relationship between entrepreneurial passion,effect logic,uncertainty tolerance and entrepreneurial performance,and further analyzes the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial performance.The research results show that entrepreneurial passion as a positive emotion has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Entrepreneurship passion has a significant positive impact on effect logic.Effect logic can have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Effect logic plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial performance.Uncertainty tolerance plays a moderating role between the relationship between effect logic and entrepreneurial performance.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for entrepreneurs to adopt decision-making logic,maintain passion and improve entrepreneurial performance in entrepreneurial practice.
